1. Purpose
FastFaktura is a billing and transactional communication service operated by HIPPOCAMPE DIGITAL LTD. If you have received an email, SMS or accessed an online invoice that you consider abusive, fraudulent or illegal, you can report it in accordance with this procedure.
2. What you can report
- Phishing, identity theft or attempted fraud
- Manifestly illegal content (harassment, threats, hate speech, etc.)
- Unsolicited sending in violation of applicable regulations (commercial spam)
- Infringement of intellectual property rights
- Any other abusive use of the Service
3. How to report
Send an email to abuse@fastfaktura.io including as much information as possible:
- Your email address or phone number (the one that received the message)
- The approximate date and time of receipt
- The public invoice link, invoice number or a screenshot
- Full email headers (.eml format if possible)
- The precise nature of the alleged abuse

4. Handling your report
We acknowledge valid reports within a reasonable timeframe and review each case individually. If abuse is confirmed, we may suspend the account concerned, block sends and cooperate with the relevant authorities. We do not share detailed decisions with third parties unless legally required.
We aim to acknowledge valid abuse reports within 48 business hours and to complete an initial review within 5 business days.
5. Unsubscribe (opt-out)
If you only wish to stop receiving communications from a sender via FastFaktura, use the unsubscribe link in each email or reply STOP to SMS messages. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
